In a recent scan of a fully assembled implant-and-abutment pair, the system reconstructed the complete internal geometry as a 3D dataset and ran an automated measurement routine straight from it: internal diameters, hex width across flats on two reference planes, the distance between internal reference features, and the seating angle at the taper.

Every measurement returned an automatic PASS/FAIL result against tolerance, a statistical trend with Cp/Cpk, and an exportable PDF report — ready to hand straight to quality documentation.
